Senior Quest3D developer

Job description: The market demand for our game-based trainings and entertainment titles is so high that we need additional experienced Quest3D developers. Since VSTEP is one of the earliest users of Quest3D, we have built up a wealth of experience with projects of all sizes and flavors. Having close ties with Act-3D, we continuously expand the functionality of Quest3D, in response to our project needs. You will work closely with our other Quest3D developers, C++ plug-in coders, shader programmers and 3D modelers, pushing Quest3D to its limits. VSTEP has a good track record for delivering projects (reasonably) on-time and on-budget, and you will develop your skills to continue that reputation. Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Quest3D
  • Preferably BSc degree in Computer Science or Game Development
  • Basic 3D modeling and texturing skills
  • Good communication and teamworking skills. Can handle feedback and critique from customers
  • Passion for games and simulations. Must demonstrate significant hobby game development, or professional experience

Extras:

  • C++ or C# programming knowledge

Senior PHP developer

Job description: In addition to the conventional retail channels, the Ship Simulator game is sold also directly from the shipsim.com Website. Customer interest in buying products on-line as direct downloads is increasing, and therefore we are developing a direct-sales portal for all available Serious Games and simulation games. You will be responsible for much of the PHP programming of the portal. In addition to direct sales options, it will need features like customer reviews, star ratings, product forums etc.

VSTEP has a good track record for delivering projects reasonably on-time and on-budget, and you will develop your project management skills to continue that reputation. Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience with PHP Website development
  2. Preferably BSc degree in Computer Science
